Successfully downsizing your home event
On Wednesday, Ryan, Danielle and Shellby all attended an event on downsizing your home put on by Bradley & Sadler estate agents at the Clifton Club.
Cook & Co had been invited as Bradley & Sadler’s trusted and recommended residential conveyancers for the event and we were honoured to be alongside hand-picked Bristol businesses at the event.
The founders of Bradley & Sadler, Suzy Bradley and Sue Sadler, co-hosted a short talk with Andy King from Lansdown Place Wealth Management about how to downsize your home effectively and without stress.
Many of those who attended were particularly interested in how to secure their futures with investing their wealth and making sure their wills and LPAs were up to date, should the worst happen.
The consensus of the event was that downsizing your home can not only be a stressful time, but also an emotional one with so many fond memories shared in the family home.
