We are always looking to recruit best in class solicitors in all of our practice areas. We offer highly competitive salaries and packages as well as structured career progression.

What makes us different from other firms is our vibrant and dynamic culture combined with the opportunity to work with a high profile and successful client base.

In 2015 Neath Raisbeck Golding Law became a Training Contract Provider and implemented our Elite Training Contract Programme.

We appreciate the challenges law graduates seeking to become qualified as solicitors and are proud to be able to offer expert tuition and training under our programme.

The Elite Neath Raisbeck Golding Law Training Contract Programme varies substantially to other training contracts provided by other firms.

Whilst we instil rigour and diligence into our trainees we also put a large emphasis on developing personal skills such as marketing, client relations and championing an internal positive culture.

“I love the direct access that I have to clients that I wouldn’t have in other firms. I am allowed to self manage but still have support and mentoring when I need it. I have developed key skills in different areas that I initially expected, alongside drafting and technical know-how I now feel really confident in marketing, business development and client contact”

Shaun White

“No more meetings for the sake of meetings! Without the constraints of the large corporate practice I have been able to focus once again on practicing law and reconnecting with my clients. Being a consultant has allowed me to achieve a better work life balance and I enjoy having more control and flexibility over my working life”

William Power

“Being a working parent is challenging but the flexibility and support at Cook & Co has enabled me to balance working with family life, in a way that I was not allowed to in previous roles. Having a supportive employer has made all the difference.”
