Irina has over 13 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.

Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2008, she has vast experience in all types of residential property transactions, including setting up of small residential developments. She regularly deals with high value residential transactions and is eminent in dealing with matters of significant complexity.

She also substantial experience of dealing with overage provisions and option agreements.

Irina also works on many other aspects of property law and has a particular interest in her growing rural and Agricultural Law practice. She also has expansive local knowledge and a long-standing, loyal clientele in Bristol and Devon ranging from individuals through to property developers. She also has a close working relationship with a number of well-known local Estate Agents.
