Han Miao: Paralegal

Han is a paralegal at the firm who is currently working in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Property Departments.

Before graduating from the University of Bristol with an LLM in International Commercial Law and the University of Law with a Masters in Law, Han graduated from Beijing’s University of International Business and Economics with a Bachelor of Law. Before joining the firm Han gained international experience working at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai and the UK Society of Chinese Lawyers in London. Han has also carried out legal work experience as an intern with a law firm based in California, USA, and has also worked as an intern in the Chinese judicial system.

Han applies her diverse experience to corporate transactions and has a solid understanding of corporate structures and formalities in merger and acquisition matters. During the course corporate transactions Han assists with facilitating legal due diligence, liaising with all parties and supporting the completion and post-completion process.

Outside of work, Han enjoys exploring the local food scene, travelling around the UK and beyond, and playing the Guzheng (a traditional Chinese instrument).
