David sits on the Executive Board and heads up the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team.

David has a wide range of experience in dealing with both litigated and non-litigated matters. Having worked at firms up and down the Country including DWF, Weightmans and TLT, David has acted on behalf of a range of clients from large household insurers, banks and building societies to small businesses, landlords & tenants and homeowners.

David is regularly instructed to act in relation to:

Company Disputes;
Landlord/Tenant Disputes (on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants);
Debt Collection;
Property Disputes;
Boundary Disputes;
Commercial Disputes;
Contract Disputes.

David always has his client’s best interest in mind and applies his experience, eye for problem-solving and personable approach as a means of finding an effective resolution. David regularly conducts court hearings both in person and by telephone and has undertaken several mediations and is a skilled negotiator who always has an eye on commerciality, scope for settlement and costs.

Outside of work, David is a keen traveller and rugby player having played for the Bristol Bisons for the last 3 years (his knees haven’t quite given out on him yet).
