Angela Dunlop: Residential Property Consultant Solicitor

Angela has wide-ranging experience in both residential and commercial property law which has been amassed over a 20-year legal career.

In terms of specific areas of expertise from a residential property perspective, Angela has overseen numerous successful freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of both registered and unregistered land, confidentially guided multiple clients through transfers of equity and refinancing arrangements and conducted a wide range of matters in relation to new builds, right to buy properties and properties bought through the help to buy scheme (including administering help to buy ISAs). In addition, Angela has supported clients through executor sales and provided expert advice regarding repossessed property and landlord and tenant matters (including the preparation of leases and lease extensions).

From a commercial property perspective Angela has confidently managed various acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, worked with tenants and landlords on the assignment of commercial leases, worked closely with property developers, provided legal advice in respect of financing options and taken the lead on the property elements of corporate transactions.

Angela loves to travel with friends and family, attend concerts (most recently Ed Sheeran and the Stereophonics), walk her dog Teddy (a Shi-Chi) and attend Lego events as a member of an adult Lego society.
