James Allum: Trainee Solicitor
James works in our Private Client Department as a Trainee Solicitor. He has a range of experience in these matters, especially those involving Wills, administering estates and Power of Attorneys.
Whilst specialising in non-contentious Private Client matters, James assists the Head of Dispute Resolution in contentious probate matters when disputes arise in respect of Wills or estates.
Prior to joining the firm, James graduated from the University of the West of England (UWE) in Bristol, with a first-class honours in Law (LLB). He is currently completing the LPC (which the academic stage of train as a Solicitor) at the University of Law in Bristol whilst working in our Private Client Department.
James background is firmly cemented in the South West and he is keen to build his career with Neath Raisbeck Golding Law.
Outside of Private Client, James has assisted in Dispute Resolution, Conveyancing and Family matters, so has a breath of practical knowledge which he can call upon when applicable.
James is an avid traveller and sports fan.

Drafting Witness evidence in an Application to remove / add Executors from office.
